✨Scheduling

A $75 deposit is required to book your appointment online or over the phone, which will go towards your treatment.

We offer free consultations. Deposit will be refunded to the same card after the consultation.

After booking, please review the emailed intake form & complete this form prior to your visit.

✨Rescheduling

If you’re feeling unwell, or have had antibiotics or vaccines within the last 3 weeks, please contact us to reschedule your appointment at (365)-855-4015 or email us.

✨Cancellation & No Shows

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel - if it’s less than 48 hours, your deposit may be forfeited. No shows will result in a forfeit of full deposit.

We understand that life happens — emergencies or unexpected events can arise. If you’re unable to provide 48 hours’ notice, please still reach out. We will always do our best to accommodate your situation.

✨Late Arrival

If you’re more than 5–15 minutes late to your appointment, please notify us & we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we may need to reschedule your visit to avoid delays for other clients & cancellation fee may apply.

Please note: The deposit is required because your scheduled time is specially reserved for you, & late cancellations may prevent another client from booking that time.
